I received these gloves for free for testing and evaluating purposes. All opinions are my own
I have been wanting to try sports gloves like these because my fiance has wrist problems. FitKatz allowed me the chance to try them out and my results have led to a 4/5 stars.
When they arrived, they seemed like the smallest gloves I had ever seen, but they did fit perfectly. They stretch easily and provide a lot of stability to your hand. The inner portion of the glove for the palm and the fingers is rigged for better grip and is cushioned for weight bearing. There are also two tabs of flapped fabric that rest against your middle and ring fingers - or your load bearing fingers - for extra added support.
The wrist support wraps completely around the wrist and is secured with a velcro strip on the inside. I liked that it offers easy adjustment and it does provide support needed when lifting weights and while dirt biking. We found that it supports the weight, fights against the constant jarring of dirt biking, and other tasks found in sporting events.
The only complaint that we could find while testing was the seams around the wrist guard are uncomfortable and would be more easily solved by flattening the seams or perhaps adding some type of padding as it tends to dig into the wrist.
Otherwise, I do recommend these sports gloves for those into weightlifting, simple outdoor activities for recreational purposes, or for more team-sport capabilities. It does help with giving support to the wrist.
